AI & Data Privacy Statement
International Restoration Institute uses DryIQ AI — a private, purpose-built AI model trained specifically for restoration and abatement activities. No public AI endpoints (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar consumer services) are used to process, store, or transmit student data.
Your Data Is Never Used to Train AI Models
Student coursework, quiz responses, jobsite photos, Hope chat conversations, and personal information are not used for model training, fine-tuning, or improvement under any circumstances.
How Your Data Is Used
Course verification: Quiz answers and exam results are reviewed to verify completion and issue certifications.
AI tutoring support: Hope AI reads your questions in real time to provide tutoring responses. Conversations are retained only for your session history and are not shared, sold, or used for training.
Field tool processing: Photos and documents you submit through AI field tools (Safety Report Generator, Moisture Mapper, Daily Logger) are processed by DryIQ AI to generate your requested output. Original files are not retained beyond the time needed to deliver the result.
Account administration: Name, email, and enrollment data are used solely to manage your student account and course access.
DryIQ AI Infrastructure
DryIQ AI runs on private infrastructure operated by IRI. Your data never leaves the DryIQ technical environment. No third-party AI provider has access to your information.
